Four professionals stand together, smiling; a woman and a man in the center shake hands while two colleagues look on. Behind them are banners reading ‘Disaster Relief’ and ‘Healthcare’ with a globe icon.

TDI-Brooks is committed to investing in the communities and environment in which we live and work. That means dedicating our time, efforts and funds to support opportunities wherever they emerge. We develop relationships with non-profit partners to deliver a positive impact and drive sustainable projects that make a difference.

We strive to improve the lives of people in many different ways.

Corporate Responsibility is much more than charitable funding; it's taking the lead to do right by building a better future for every community. These projects aim to provide sustainable and long-term benefits to our community.

TDI-Brooks' employees are passionate about engaging in their local communities and we encourage them to contribute to the communities where they live and work.

Organizations We Support

The American Heart Association is a non-profit organization in the United States that funds cardiovascular medical research, educates consumers on healthy living and fosters appropriate cardiac care in an effort to reduce disability and deaths caused by cardiovascular disease and stroke.

More than just a walk, the American Cancer Society Relay For Life brings together passionate supporters who embody the American Cancer Society vision to end cancer as we know it, for everyone. This volunteer-led experience unites communities to celebrate cancer survivors, remember loved ones lost to cancer, and raise funds to improve the lives of people with cancer and their families through advocacy, research, and patient support, to ensure everyone has an opportunity to prevent, detect, treat, and survive cancer.

In an effort for a "hunger-free Brazos Valley". TDI-Brooks supports the fundraising efforts of the Brazos Valley Food Bank by Sponsoring their annual "Celebration For Hope Dinner".
The Brazos Valley Museum of Natural History has served the Brazos Valley in many ways since its founding in 1961. The Museum's current mission is to preserve and protect natural and cultural history, to stimulate its understanding, and to encourage responsible stewardship of all natural and cultural resources. It accomplishes this through: 1) the preservation of artifacts and natural specimens; 2) the presentation of exhibits and educational programming; and 3) cooperative partnerships with arts and cultural organizations, community oriented entities, and academic institutions throughout the Brazos Valley.

There is no other museum within a 100 mile radius of Bryan and College Station which focuses on natural and cultural history and encourages human interaction with nature.

Each year TDI-Brooks supports the Brazos County Youth to Career Fair which aims to expose area 8th graders to careers as they enter high school and begin to think about plans after graduation. Our team looks forward to each year explaining our methods and tools use for offshore surveys. The children also enjoy our fun laboratory show & tell.

Our purpose is TO SERVE our community, our state, our country and our world. Our fund raising efforts support many local charities, especially those providing services to special needs children and victims of unexpected events such as natural disasters.

Charlie continues his annual tradition while being active as a Company E-2 of Texas A&M's Corps of Cadets.

Our organizational focus is healing through residential care. Redeemed is a long term, holistic healing program for adult survivors of human trafficking. We opened a 4 bed safe house in 2010, and at the beginning of 2017 moved into a new home that enabled us to double our capacity and we are now operating an 8 bed safe house in the Houston area. The Redeemed program is trauma informed and brain based, incorporating weekly licensed trauma counseling, equine therapy, expressive art therapy, case management, addiction recovery groups, and a variety of other therapeutic practices, as well as life and job skill training. The program is 12-24 months long, dependent on individual client need, and clients are able to continue on an independent basis once they have graduated the program with counseling, case management, and other services.

We operate one of the longest-running safe houses in the country. Opening the doors of the Sparrow House in 2010, we knew we wanted to:

  • Provide a safe haven for survivors of sex trafficking
  • Introduce survivors to Jesus in a safe, non-threatening way
  • Provide trauma-informed healing opportunities
  • Reduce their vulnerabilities in order to reduce relapse.

We are a Movement of everyday professionals committed to raising awareness, providing support, and advocating for change to end human trafficking, the second largest criminal enterprise globally. All children deserve a safe, comfortable place to lay their heads. In Idaho and across the US, too many boys and girls go without a bed—or even a pillow—to sleep on. These children end up sleeping on couches, blankets, and even floors. This can affect their happiness and health.

That's where Sleep in Heavenly Peace comes in. We're a group of volunteers dedicated to building, assembling and delivering top-notch bunk beds to children and families in need.

The South Brazos County FD is an all volunteer organization that serves approximately 110 square miles.
