We are now fully operational with the Geomil Manta-200 deployed through the mid-ship moonpool of the NAUTILUS! NAUTILUS is equipped with advanced technology, including two (2) Geomil Manta-200 CPTs that can be deployed through the mid-ship moonpool (see attached images). The system can penetrate the soil up to 40-50 meters, depending on its composition, to determine the soil’s exact makeup. We are getting up to 42 meters deep push CPT’s with our 200-kN Manta-200. The OSW operators are acquiring the deep push CPTs first and then coming back in with a drill ship and drilling from the depth we hit CPT refusal (generally 30 to 30 m SB) to 50 meters.
