TDI-Brooks International, Inc. and Geoscience Earth & Marine Services (GEMS) have entered into a formal arrangement whereas both companies will leverage their experience and capabilities to better serve our customer bases.
TDI-Brooks will contribute their global experience in conducting offshore geotechnical coring/engineering programs, environmental assessments, metocean, site surveys and seabed surveys with field services supplemented by high quality environmental and geotechnical laboratories.
GEMS is a premier consulting company that specializes in marine geohazards, geotechnical engineering, and marine archaeology and has a history of serving the majority of offshore oil and gas operators. GEMS has agreed to contribute their expertise in interpretation and reporting of marine geophysical and geotechnical data. GEMS services also include project management, offshore QA/QC, and integrated assessments.
